Story of Ahka
Location: Ngao, Lampang
Pork Larb with Herbs
The Recipe
Scrape wild olive tree barks (Pae-lo).
Various backyard herbs (Gushi).
Mince pork and mix in herbs.
Season to taste.
Wrap with banana leaf and steam until cooked.
Finished!... It is best eaten with fresh vegetables.
